Hotel Restaurant: Good choice. Prices a bit high. Quiet location near the stadium.

We were pleasantly surprised by this randomly chosen place as we were hungry. Still affordable and beautiful plates! Good portions and we had a very warm welcome! We went there for dinner so it may be different from evening, but it was nice place!

The food is decent but the menu is odd. The bar selection, and beer selection in particular are pretty paltry

A restaurant that I don't advise anyone. A Caesar salad at $ 12 where I had to pay a chicken supplement at $ 7 and I would not have paid this supplement I would have had only salad ... My partner's pizza, I prefer not to speak. Very disappointed.

I do not recommend the Burger: the galette was way overcooked and the whole thing did not taste much.

Food was good. There was a register issue that took 20 minutes to fix before we recieved our check. :( :(

We went for my father in law's 70th birthday. The food was unbelievable. The service was great. I would go back again there for a big event.

The decor is good, but the club sandwich it does not make sense, in no way it is representative of a club sandwich, it was a sandwich in a ciabatta with chicken too cooked and dry, very disappointed .

I loved the time of the nightclub the hiding place and then became The Lover's. We were there every weekend my boyfriend and me. She died on March 7th at the age of 52. Thanks for his crazy fun years.Still as good.

Food really not good for the price. Their hotel takes advantage of the traffic in the Olympic Park and they take the opportunity to make money on the restaurant by charging big prices and mediocre food. What is a shame is that they could be much better given their prime location, but they say: why give more when the hotel is full anyway?

The food here was quite good. We went for an early supper so the place was somewhat empty. I got some pasta and it was delicious. I got the entree with blue cheese and the portion was generous.The service was ok, nothing amazing.My surprise was when the bill came. This place is really expensive! I would say this is where the mismatch is. The ambiance, service and food just doesn't make much sense at that price point. Considering there are many delicious chain restaurants all around.

The waiters are very friendly and the place good alive. Meals are served quickly, hot and if you have special requirements they will listen to you.The menu is diversified enough to satisfy everyone and even those who prefer gluten-free, vegetarian or allergy-free dishes. Very accomodating.

Breakfast very pleasant.Breakfast on November 9, 2019 with a friend after a good night's sleep at this hotel we liked. I had two scrambled eggs, sausages with brown bread at $ 11.95. Total of $ 16.24 with taxes and tip. We had a good service from Sam. It is more expensive than the price I am used to paying but it is very good once in a while. Everything was excellent. A nice place to go for a drink in the afternoon on their terrace. The food is ok, but nothing more. I ordered a club sandwich but received a chicken sandwich in ciabatta bread. The chicken lacked flavor. By cons, their fries are good.

We were at the restaurant for 6 meals when we went to the Blue Jays games in Montreal. We were a bit suspicious after the Web Reviews. Do not be afraid. The service was excellent (especially Shawn who looked after us manh times). The meals were good. The fries a bit soggy. The breakfast bacon and potatoes just fabulous. And the pasta and duck confit for dinner and escargot was to die for. What a great deal for the price paid. Also they patiently listened to our BC French. Camille

No service for lunch, cold coffee ... and not just one morning, I have been to this hotel 4 days a week for several weeks. 30 minutes waiting this morning for my first coffee. I'm looking for another place within walking distance for lunch, never again here ...

Good restaurant and Good service. I can't say it is outstanding but the pricing is reasonable in comparison to other restaurants in the area and you get good quality. Staff were pleasant and helpful and on numerous visits I was happy with the experience. The creme Brulee was a little inconsistent in finish and throughout, taste was good... Might have been a 5 stars if this was correct. One big plus, really like the coffee they serve with breakfast.

I had come a few years ago and wasn't impressed by the selection or quality for the weekend brunch buffet. I'm glad to say that my most recent experience was much more pleasant. I'm happy to see that they've greatly improved. Good for big or small groups. I went for a family Christmas party and it was nice. There was live music and dancing.

Went for an early breakfast after sleeping in the hotel, manager/boss yelling at employees in the middle of the resto ruined my peace and quiet of the morning, not professional at all. Food was cold and no refills on the coffee. Would not go back

I had training in the rooms of the Universal Hotel and the dinner was offered by our training organization. We ate at this restaurant for three days and in my opinion, we received impeccable and fast service, while having the choice of tasty and generous meals! Very satisfied with my experience :)

Food is ok. They were very cheap on the dessert table. Staff are friendly and helpful but it isn't better than any other hall. We go there for events but wouldn't plan one there ourselves.We actually get a better deal elsewhere.

I was really disappointed with this restaurant !!My 2 boys aged 15 and 19 organized for us (my husband and I) a surprise dinner for our 20 years of marriage ... (Saturday, August 3, 2019)No smile ... no congratulations ... staff.When we arrived the waiter started taking orders for food without coming to see what my husband and I wanted as an appetizer.We were served very very quickly a bit too much! We were not even offered desserts or coffee. (We had to ask for dessert and there were plenty of desserts that were left over)We were 28 people so the amount of each bill was a good amount for the restaurant.My aunt and my 75 year old uncle were talking about a table where there were customers ... they were told to pack up (not by the customers but by the waiter) they bothered the customers ..... FRANCHEMENT they did not bother the guests the restaurant was empty !! now i understand why it was empty !!So advice do not celebrate in this restaurant is mediocre!Josée Desjardins

Very ordinary for food and the price

Very poor reception (15 minutes before being seated) non-courteous staff I had to ask for the menu. Seated more than 45 minutes and never received my dish. Last time for me.I quit in to eat.

Excellent ribs, Caesar salad too.

Worst service for life. Big lack of organization, extremely slow service, the manager of the restaurant shrieked the employee of the hotel to whom I asked to accompany me to make a complaint .... I recommend this place.
